– Min. 5 years experience in Architectural Design using Autodesk Revit.
– Min. 3 years experience using Autodesk Navisworks
– Good knowledge of all Autodesk construction cloud and BEP.
– Good knowledge of all Design stages & Documents coordination.
– Creativity and hardworking are highly required.
– Good knowledge of outdoor materials, and planting species.
– Good knowledge of BOQs is preferred.
– Proficient user of AutoCAD / Word / Excel is a must.
– Responsible for high-end interior finishing and fit out of projects.
– Responsible for all day to day site activities.
– Follow up with all subcontractors and monitoring the progress of their work.
– Prepare reports for site activities.
– Uphold site inspections for all fit out works.
– Monitor material usage and ensure the least waste overall production processes.
– Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man/hours
– Responsible for following the site schedule and maintain delivery of site on time.
– Assuring the quality/safety measures are maintained on site.
– Preparing & Reviewing the subcontractors’ invoices according to site progress.
1. Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
2. Collect the information and data related to new projects.
3. Design the projects and develop ideas and choose the best design.
4. Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
5. Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
6. Supervising the technical designs and drawings with site to ensure that they are executed correctly.
